PHASE 1 · EUR 0.5 MILLION
From prototype to first installation and sale of electricity
Target: 12 months

Phase 1 as a whole will take the Millfield Flow Converter from the current machine to an installed and validated reference that produces and sells electricity.

Capital will be used for:

• Maintenance and protection of patents

• Manufacturing and completion of the Minimal Viable Product

• Pilot installation and real-life validation

• Performance verification and documentation

• First reference installation

• Production and sale of electricity

• Manufacturing, testing and preparation for sale of the first 0.5 MW system

• Recruitment of a CCO and launch of commercial sales

PHASE 2 · EUR 1.5 MILLION

From first installation to international scaling

Once the first reference installation has been established and the technology validated in operation, Phase 2 will accelerate commercial deployment.

Capital will be used for:

• International IP and market protection

• Expansion of the core team

• Production readiness

• First series of installations

• Distributor network and strategic partnerships

• Sales, leasing and SPV models

• International market development

• Development of new products and applications (Millfield Wind Converter, oxygenation of seabed environments, gravity-based energy storage)
